The Way We See the Problem is the Problem
Having helped organizations implement Lean processes over the past eight years, I have had the opportunity to see a similar theme played out many times. Organizations unwilling to alter their way of seeing their problem flounder in their transformation to a Lean enterprise and ultimately regress to their former processes.
