This immersive experiential workshop engages your actual teams and your real customer context to build a shared understanding of the Scrum framework including terminology, process and roles. The teams learn together how to apply the Scrum framework to address customer needs and evolve processes to optimize results. By targeting improvements that matter to you and your teams in your own context with all of its opportunities and constraints, the Goal-Focused Scrum Team Workshop stimulates systemic agility.
Objectives
Using a combination of interactive presentations, problem-solving exercises, and team-structured simulations, the experiential workshop enables participants to:
Understand the core principles, strategies, and practices of Scrum
Practice applying Agile concepts and techniques in a simulation using your actual products or services
Cultivate an Agile mindset vital to effectively implementing Agile practices
Experience goal-focused collaborative teamwork
Build an action plan for meaningful process improvement
Schedule
Pre-workshop: Coaching sessions to consult with leadership on the workshop goals and to prepare key workshop participants.
Days 1-2: A fast-paced full-release cycle simulation taking your team members through the essentials of Scrum with pragmatic hands-on exercises designed to get them up and running as a team working on a timely, real-world problem from your business domain.

Day 3: An open space day tying the learning from the simulation back to the workshop goal by activating self-organization within the team to identify, prioritize and plan process improvements.
