Up for Adoption: A mini-workshop based on the Agile Fluency® Game w/ Ahmed Avais and Jim York (Virtual Event)

Does the order in which we adopt Agile practices matter?  If so, what should come first? What is best to defer until later? What are the relationships between practices? Where are our improvement opportunities? If the answers to these questions are important to you and your team, come join us to play “Up for Adoption,” a mini-workshop based on The Agile Fluency® Game.

We have had teams walk-away with roadmaps (their word) of practices that they thought would never be possible. This game provides space to air out polarized opinions e.g. TDD and walk away with consensus-built next steps.

Ahmed Avais uses curiosity to invite people into his teaching and learning. He starts where you are, with the team or the individual. Ahmed uses a variety of tools, all focused on helping you see your system, so you can choose how to make high performance real.

Jim York is an Executive and Team Coach at FoxHedgeLtd. For more than 25 years, he has led, coached, and trained individuals, teams, and organizations in the implementation of Lean and Agile ideas. He has been the keynote and speaker at various Agile conferences and has held an number of leadership roles in the Agile community including the Scrum Alliance and the Agile Alliance.
